Buyer has allowance for carpet. • Premium 3 1/4” wide plank tongue and groove hardwood, 3/4” solid in areas marked per plan. Buyer chooses stain color and has allowance for hardwood. • Ceramic tile chosen by Buyer for areas marked per plan. Buyer has allowance for tile. Tub and shower areas will have tile installed from floor to ceiling, no gap between top of tile an ceiling. • Wonderboard to be used underneath tiled areas.
