Landscaping and Sod/Seed: • Buyer has “landscape” allowance for bushes, trees, plantings, mulching, etc. including labor and material. • The front and side yards are to sodded to the rear corners of the home; not to exceed 1,000 yards of sod. Rear yards will be seeded by either a seed and straw process or a hydro seed process. Sod and seeding are not part of or deducted from the Purchaser’s landscaping allowance. • Buyer has an allowance for a sprinkler system. • Buyer may select his own sub-contractors for landscaping, sod and sprinklers. Same allowances apply.
